Search-tool entries
A name or location entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider that operates that widget. Frontier County Busted Mugshots does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. Review the provider’s own privacy terms before submitting information.
Messages
If you send an email or other message, we keep the information needed to read and reply to it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Technical Data and Cookies
When a page loads, hosting, analytics, or security services may receive standard technical information. This information helps the site operate, measure use, and diagnose errors.

- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when one is provided

Why We Use Information
Information is used for ordinary website operations, not to create or publish booking records. It may help us:
- operate and improve the site’s speed and reliability;
- send a search request to the provider selected by a visitor;
- understand which pages readers find useful;
- detect, investigate, and correct technical problems; and
- serve advertising that may be based on interests.
Outside Sites and Records Sources
The site links to official sheriff, court, corrections, public-record, and custody-location sources, as well as third-party search tools. Once you select an outside link, that operator’s privacy notice and practices apply. A link to a public-record source does not change the limits in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712.01 or the restrictions that an agency or court may apply.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to observe activity across sites for interest-based advertising. That tracking occurs under those partners’ practices, not under this site’s direct control.
Parties That May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Information may be received by the following parties when needed for the purpose described in this notice:
- search partners that process a query submitted through their tool;
- analytics services used to measure website performance;
- advertising networks that deliver or measure ads; and
- law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires disclosure.
Security Limits
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet-connected service can promise perfect security. For that reason, this notice does not guarantee that a transmission, device, provider, or stored record will always be free from unauthorized access.
Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, use Get in Touch to request its deletion.
Your Information Choices
Subject to applicable law and the information we actually hold, you may ask to:
- receive a copy of personal information held about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information; or
- opt out of certain processing.
Requests can be sent through Get in Touch. This site cannot alter an official Frontier County, Nebraska, or federal record. Requests about a government record belong with its official custodian.
Changes to This Notice
We may revise this notice when practices or services change. Any revision will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after posting is subject to the updated notice.
